Your first appointment consists of a complete oral examination, which includes x-rays. The dentist or hygienist will discuss their findings with you, make recommendations and establish a comprehensive treatment plan. Our case manager will explain your treatment plan in detail, prepare a cost estimate and schedule any necessary appointments.

If you are a new patient to our clinic, please download our new patient forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our clinic. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival.
